I’ve been asked if I have an agenda. I do. I desire to help the CSD provide those services it is chartered to do, all of them. No dropping one to help pay for another. We need Water and Sewer. We need safe roads. We need police services. We need ingress control. We need the transfer station. We need mailboxes. And we need to be able to afford each and every one of them. That’s no small challenge. I also desire to inform the residents. I don’t want to see complaints about the lack of transparency. I want it perfectly clear to anyone interested what we are doing, why we are doing it, and why that solution was chosen.
